Meet Tom
Hey there! If you are reading this, welcome! I am Tom Williams, a physiotherapist with over 10 years of experience, specialising in chronic foot conditions, breathing biomechanics, sporting injuries and running coaching.
With a deep understanding of biomechanics, rehabilitation and coaching, I have spent years helping individuals reconnect with their foundations of human movement and performance. I always strive to help people re-capture their love of movement through experience and play.
Drawing from years of clinical practice, I have been exploring how foot health, breathing mechanics and vestibular training influence and create a full-body connection. I am very passionate about movement, education and experience as I believes they empower people to restore natural function, improve their movement and make great changes with their overall confidence.
I truly believes that you build resilience through experience and through that experience, you build confidence. Each step, each breath and each movement is a an opportunity to build that confidence.
