Tom Williams is physiotherapist with over 10 years of experience, specialising in chronic foot conditions, breathing biomechanics, sporting injuries and running coaching.
With a deep understanding of biomechanics, rehabilitation and coaching, Tom has spent years helping individuals reconnect with their foundations of human movement and performance. Tom strives to help people re-capture their love of movement through experience and play.
Drawing from years of clinical practice, Tom has been exploring how foot health, breathing mechanics and vestibular training influence and create a full-body connection. Tom is very passionate about movement, education and experience as he believes they empower people to restore natural function, improve their movement and make great changes with their overall confidence.
Tom truly believes that you build resilience through experience and through that experience, you build confidence. Each step, each breath and each movement is a an opportunity to build that confidence.
